Course Logistics

Meals:
Not included – plaza is 10 minutes from our base, with access to several restaurants and grocery store options. Available for student use are two large refrigerators, stand-up freezer, conventional oven, stovetop, and microwave. Students may bring camp stoves to cook within a budget under our outdoor cooking pavilion and use of outdoor charcoal grills.

Lodging/Camping:
$15/night cabin (Cabins are heated and have power outlets inside. Beds are camp-style bunk beds, cabins sleep 14, bedding not provided) $10/night- tent camping (No water-power at campsite. Water-power is available at main facility. Campsites include at least 10ft x 10ft pad with fire ring, and are located 200 yards from main facility.) *Overnight stay grants access to full kitchen, indoor bathrooms-showers, and outdoor camp stove cooking area. Fridge space for food storage is also included.

Transportation:
Roanoke Airport is approx. 1.5 hours from Lynchburg. Richmond Airport is approx. 2.5 hours from Lynchburg.
