Not included â€“ plaza is 10 minutes from our base, with access to several restaurants and grocery store options. Available for student use are two large refrigerators, stand-up freezer, conventional oven, stovetop, and microwave. Students may bring camp stoves to cook within a budget under our outdoor cooking pavilion and use of outdoor charcoal grills. Shuttle service to and from local plaza may be available upon request with no charge (depending on staff availability).
$15/night cabin (Cabins are heated and have power outlets inside. Beds are camp-style bunk beds, cabins sleep 14, bedding not provided) $10/night- tent camping (No water-power at campsite. Water-power is available at main facility. Campsites include at least 10ft*10ft pad with fire ring, and are located 200 yards from main facility.) *Overnight stay grants access to full kitchen, indoor bathrooms-showers, and outdoor camp stove cooking area. Fridge space for food storage is also included.
We can provide free shuttle from the Lynchburg Airport the day before the course starts and the day after the course ends. Roanoke Airport is approx. 1.5 hours from Lynchburg. Richmond Airport is approx. 2.5 hours from Lynchburg.
